Hi All,
I have my 2003 df 30hp in the up tilted position and cannot get it down. Looking through the manual that I found on the internet, I understnd there is a manual release valve that could be opened with a screwdriver. I cannot seem to locate it on my outboard and am wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction. Thank you.
