Seastar hydraulic Helm pump noises, video included.

Hello, I am trying to determine if the noises my Seastar helm is making are considered normal. The helm is filled and bled from air. I have attached a video that demonstrates the noises.

Bear in mind as well, the noises are dramatically louder in the video than they are in person. To someone who wasn't made aware of the noises, they would not notice them. Thanks for any input!
