No power to helm

Hello, I have a 2010 DF200. I have no power at my helm. No start, tilt trim gauges, nada. My manual says the white wire off battery to fuse box under cowl. I have 12v through wire to 60amp fuse under cowl. What am I missing? TT works at engine switch and I can hot wire through yellow/green wire at starter relay. I don't know where to look from here. Any thoughts???
