Suzuki 2.5 and 9.9 Service

Hi, could any one advise how i should service both of these outboards, or have a manual i could follow?
I have a few running issues with the 9.9, it keeps cutting out?

Well you might start by telling us how you've been maintaining them, maybe if they're 2, or 4 strokes, maybe the year model of each. Possibly a little bit about each motor, and if a problem, describe what speeds it acts up at, how old is fuel, has motor been sitting up for extended amount of time?

You have to understand, we have no eyes, ears, or hands, around either of these motors. So, if asking for help, be a little more helpful in the beginning. Yes, the batteries for my crystal ball are bad, so I can't go that route.
