My Starboard side DF 250 runs great, but when brought back down to idle it only comes down to approx. 1200-1300 rpm. This happens with or without the engine sync engaged. If I turn the engine off with the ignition and then start her back up the idle is perfect. Well until I bring her back up and then down again.. Happens when she is hot or cold. Any suggestions.

Just a follow up to let others know what the result was. I had to remove the quadrant that opens and closes as the throttle is open and closed. Once I removed the quadrant I work the linkage and applied cleaner, then work the linkage applying lubricant.
Discrepancy is no longer. In a nut shell the linkage got sticky and full of goo
