1993 EFI 225hp.

I have a chance to pick up this motor for $2500...I have owned Mercury and Evenrudes but never a Suzuki...This model has two plugs per cylinder. Does anyone know if this was and is a good model... Compression is 125 on all 6...Any problems that these motors have or any comments will be appreciated.

Thats before we became a Suzuki dealer and don't have any experence with that model. Might check on parts availabilty, some may be no longer available.

Great motors until they break then time consuming and frustrating and expensive to repair..that's a 25 year old outboard for 2500 I'd call it iffy
