Can anyone tell me where I could find a new or used lower unit for a 2000 Suzuki DT70 Four Stroke? Thanks in advance!

Recheck the model number, a DT model is a two stroke model.
If you have a DF70 20" shaft then new gearcase assy part number is
50020-99811-0EP, May have to call boats.net at 877-408-1499 to place order.
