I've been reading your posts on the DF175. I'm impressed with your troubleshooting and mechanic selection! I have a DF175 on a 2011 Thunderjet. While I've had a computer problem, (posted on this site) I've had otherwise great service from my outboard. I just wanted to ask you who the mechanic was that did the rebuild for your oil problem. I've had mine to Siglers and pretty much diagnosed the problem myself, but couldn't do anything about it since it was still under warranty. Finally persuaded them that it was a computer problem with lots of documentation. So for my own future reference, who did you use? I live in Columbia City, moor my boat at Scappoose Bay Marina. Keep up the good work.
