Have twin '99, dt140's on my Cat. Recently had one rod go bad, need to replace this rod, and crank bearings. Do you know of anyone capable, with proper equipment, that can disassemble, and reassemble the crank properly?
Also, have '94, dt140, with carbs, that starts up fine, runs well on muffs for about 12 seconds, then shuts off, turn key back to start (not to off first), motor fires right back up for About 12 seconds again. Have done this about ten times, no codes/beeps, strong tell tale, still only about 12 seconds each time? Any thoughts?
