No I don't know of anyone that that does cranks but The reman companys do and some of them sell reman cranks, might contact some of them.
The 94 140 sounds like a bad ECU, might try to spary silicone spray or WD-40 in carbs to see if can keep it running to eliminate fuel starvation.
