DT200 Fuel delivery, Please HELP!

1987 DT200 idles ok, WOT ok. Put it into gear (in the water) and it's a struggle to keep it running. I have to open the choke metering screw to get enough fuel (so I seems) to get it onto plane. The compression is ok, carburators and floats have been rebuilt and adjusted, I'm at about 3300 feet elevation. Should I rejet? To what? Please help I will be truely grateful as I'm about ready to burn this boat to the ground! Thanks, Kevin

Learned the hard way!

Well, realized I had my needle jets opened way too far. Backed them down so It would idle smoothly then set the idle. Boat runs good!
