I have been having a problem with my DT225 1998. I have replaced all the electronics except the injection control box and the stator. Have taken it to 2 different Suzuki dealers and neither one can get it running. Here are the problems. When it is started cold, the high idle kicks in. During this time it runs very rough and if placed in gear will bough down like the timing is way off. Once the warm up idle is off, motor will run smooth up to 3000 rpm. Above that, it will kick in and out and the rev limiter lights up when the motor cuts out.
