2002 DF 90 propeller lock

I am looking to order part # 99105-30003, propeller lock, for a 2002 Suzuki DF 90 outboard 4 stroke. Is this the correct application for this engine. If this is the correct application, how do I order? I have called your number and have been disconnected twice after waiting 45 minutes on hold. Please advise.
