I just started my DF90 (~2004-2006 model) after the winter. Engine idles ok and runs up to about 2000 rpm then it starts surging and does not get above 3000 rpm. Fuel was stabilized for the winter (was put away with 1/2 tank) and I have changed plugs. I don't have any test equipment like fuel pressure gauges or auxiliary fuel tank. Are there any simple things I can look for to remedy situation?
