Help DF115

[BWANA.]

I have a 2001 DF115 that has a strange starting problem, motor cranks ok but will not start until I let off the key, it will not start with the key turned to the cranking position, but after many attempts it will usually start when i let the key return to the run position.
Does any one have any idea of where to start looking for this one??

suzuki dt 140 please help

Hey this is the only way I can find to ask a question. I have a suzuki dt 140 engine from 1985 and I ordered a new prop for it from boats.net. I then went to put on the 4 blade solas rubex with the hub kit. I triple checked to make sure it was the right hub kit and prop for my boat before I ordered it. The forward thrust washer would not fit snug into the engine or even really sit in the engine at all then the prop went on and it seemed a little big. I then went to put on the aft washer and the prop was to big leaving no room on the spline for the washer it only sat on the threads where the nut goes. Please help me with whatever I need to do.
