I can't make my engine tilt up. Replaced the up relay which was bad and I can hear the whine of the up and down motors but nothing happens. The boat and motor have been stored for about 5 years. I can turn the release screw 2 turns ccw but I either don't have the strength (I'm 71) to manually lift it or it is stuck. Is there fluid involved somewhere? How to check/replace it? Thanks
