Engine kick-up when I put it in reverse. How do I lock it down?

That motor should have power tilt and trim, if does then either power trim is low on fluid or there is a problem with power trim unit. Check that the manual release screw is not set for manual release.

Thanks, I recently had it in the shop to replace the tilt motor,and they said that they, refilled it several times.

It may have air in system then, recheck fluid level, may have to top fluid off again until get all air out..
