I have a DT90 '96 and it is driving me mad at the moment.
The problem; It seems like an electrical/ignition fault and causes a shock now and then. Just after starting when the engine runs a coldstart and drops to idle, the system shuts down for half a second and makes the RPM go up for 10 sec. up to half a minute. And even after running warm a normal cruising speed, the shock occurs time after time and let the whole boat stop for a second. VERY annoying...
What I did so far;
- New sparks
- Carburaters cleaned ( no contamination found)
- New, original IC Ignition ( a fortune...)
- New shrottle valve sensor
- New rectifier
Can anybody help me with this problem?????
