Help to order parts

I am doing a complete overall of my 2006 DF115 ( had water mixed with oil ). I have to order bearing for the crank and for the connecting rod. When I looked at the part number their are 2 different numbers. How can I be sure to order the right parts for my motor ?

on flywheel end of crankshaft you will see 5 numbers? next on port side of the engine block you will see 5 letter codes
A/1= green A/2=black A/3= no colour
B/1=black B/2=no colour B/3=yellow
C/1=no colour C/2=yellow C/3=blue
