Just use a small amount, you wouldn't one of those long reaching plugs lock up when trying to remove. The only difference between this plug and your old df140 is the thread length of the plug, the gap is still the same .8 0f a mill.
A friend of mine is having problems with his DF350A, he has had his plugs changed and since then the fuel consumption has nearly doubled, it had standard plugs Iam assuming LKR6E TO IRIDIUM ILZKR7D8 and his fuel consumption has gone from 1.8 klm to the liter to 2 liters per klm.I think one of the plugs must be failing and it is missing under load.
He also had a throttle body replaced on this engine and it has only done 140 hours, cost over two grand, I managed to fix the old one no parts required, set it up on the bench and made sure the throttle plate opened and closed and checked both throttle position switch signals were right good to go.
