New member can’t join

I got a message via another site saying people still can’t join here, does anyone know if there’s plans to fix the issue or know if there is a work around?

I have been breaking my pick to get anyone to respond to me about this forum!!!!!
I see some action as the **** post got deleted
there were a few other post that also got deleted that should not have

the only work around that I can think of it would be for someone to relay the question for someone without a registration

A couple of months ago there was a guy for either Finland or Norway's that looked up and found my email and I was able to help

but to get ***** (a d m i n) to do anything...
