suzuki F40 how do I flush on a lift?

Please help me flush the saltwater out of my outboard, there is no fitting for a garden hose. any help would be great, thanks!

Garden hose, domestic water and a set of muffs that will supply water to the intake on the lower unit.

Murray, Thanks! You know I have tried that a few times, the water seemed to not get through and I got scared and stopped the motor after 15 or so seconds.
After your comment I tried again, let it run much longer and BAM it worked!

The small round muffs work best. Seems their soft rubber cups seal up better on the gearbox water intakes.

Just remember to keep the water pressure up!
