pee hole cap?

I have a df50 with what appears to be a cap over the pee hole which angles the water stream. My question is does this cap come off and if it does do I just pry it off and will it go back on and stay on if I do? I try to run a weed eater line up but can only get about 2 -3 inches due to the angle. I sometimes don't get any water coming out so figured I should eliminate any blockage as a first step.

Look up year and model

At the top of page, select link to Purchase Suzuki Parts. You can look up the year and model. Most pee indicators are a plug you can pull out. The parts page will also have the water pump detail, which is what you may need.

the weed eater line may be to stiff to wind through the turns of the tubing
can suggest taking the cowling off, pull the tubing out to straighten it and try again
on my 175 it goes from about mid port side down and around and out the starboard side
