Besides the ones in each side , where are the other holes located. Noticed one in the front further up the cavitation plate. While flushing motor should water come out CONTINUOSLY from the front hole.

I believe so. When the leg is down, or hooked up to muffs you are flooding the entire water pump, both outside and inside the water pump. When you turn the tap off or pull the boat out of the water the water trapped inside and outside of the water pump will drain. If you tilt the engine up a bit to travel (on the trailer) the front hole will allow water to drain.
