Sorry I confused your post with another one having a relay problem...

You are correct with your last statement about battery cables..
"Every" connection needs to be clean and tight..
I go the extra step and put the dielectric grease on the connections to keep the moisture out.

Okay no problems since I cleaned up connections and placed battery cables on solenoid then smaller jumper wires on top. Thanks for all the help Art!
