took the boat out yesterday and started hearing a knocking noise from the outboard .. knew right away it didn't sound right and cut the fishing trip short. did not lost any horsepower, shifts fine into forward and reverse... Never happened before yesterday. Its a 2007 Suzuki DF140 with 425 hrs on it and is Meticulously Maintained.. Didn't hit anything either.. I'm hoping it's an easy fix. I didn't pull the lower unit yet .. I took a video of it yesterday... If anyone has some inside into this issue or has had this happen to them as will please comment on this.. sounds like maybe something broke off in the lower unit?? impeller??
