2003 DT150 tilt/trim

On your oil tank there should be a plug with wires going into the tank. Maybe below the fill cap. If the wires dip not have enough slack follow the wires back to the plugs. If you can get enough slack unplug the sending unit and lift it out of the oil tank. Check to see if the float is free to slide, up and down. Then use an ohm meter to check the resistance, lifting the float up and down.

I'll try to remember to check my manual on the values tomorrow.
