My 2014 df140 stalled while out on the water and would not start again, I narrowed it down to a faulty iac valve and now possibly a faulty ecm, the iac tested at 1ohm which according the manual is out of spec. I have replaced the iac valve with an oem part but my problem is still present, I am able to start the motor with the air bypass screw wound out and have tested the new iac valve, it’s reading 10 ohms(good) voltage at the connector while not connected to iac is 12v, plugged into the iac 0v, motor running I am reading 20-40% duty cycle depending on idle rpm which I can adjust with the bypass screw. The only
issue I’m finding is I’m only getting around 25 millivolts at the iac while the motor is running and with the duty cycle mentioned above. I have don’t the same tests on someone else’s df140 iac and they have 5-6v with 40-50% duty cycle. I’m leaning towards a faulty ecm at this point.
