Rpm fluctuations

My 2015 df300AP rpm’s fluctuate by about 30 at all speeds including idle. It will go up 30 and then back down.

things i have replaced/checked-

all new fuel line from tank to filter
new line and bulb from filter to engine
new racor and engine mounted filter
new anti siphon valve
new battery cables from engine to batteries
white wire and fuse look good
full 100hr service

batteries show full charge from my onboard charger and test at 12.7v after resting. 2 yrs old

any suggestions? I feel like I’m chasing gremlins. Boat is a 2008 pathfinder 2400 tournament.
