Primary OHM readings are 10 ohms for both coils. Trying to test secondary by probing both leads with meter, no readings. How do I check the for normal condition of coil and spark plug leads?

Mate no ignition system has 10 ohms on the primary, normally between .6 and 2 ohms, and around 10 to 20 k,ohms for the secondary, if you did have 10 ohms on the primary I wouldn't think you would have it on both coils. check your meter.
As far as the hesitation goes hook the engine up on the muffs, let it warm up, lift the warm up leaver till you hear a distinct hesitation, that will be the computer switching injectors and spark off in rapid succession to control the rpm, move the warm up leaver back to idle and put it in gear, be careful, and raise the rpm and listen to see if the same type of hesitation happens at the same rpm.
