stalls when shifted

hi to you all, first of all sorry for my bad english.

I got a suzuki 85hp 1996 3 cilinder 2 stroke engine.

I allready clean up the carbs and change fuel but when i put it on water he works but stalls when shifted.

out of water runs fine..anyone know anything about this?

Other question..is positive for the exhaust spills water right?

How did you clean the carbs?
What rpm's does the motor idle at now?
Did you set all the mixture screws the same on all the carbs?
What do all the plugs look like after it has been idling for awhile?

Yes, some water should spit out of exhaust in mid-section, but usually less if motor is not in water (no back pressure on exhaust at prop because out of water).
