Your motor has the TVS (throttle valve sensor), so timing is controlled by the 3 ignition timing coils (under flywheel), the gear counting coil (mounting critical, must read each tooth of flywheel), the TVS on #2 carb, and the CDI module.
This means your timing is controlled by the electronics, not adjustable.

If your motor is not running well, most often it is caused by carbs air, &/or fuel pas-sages being dirty, mixture screws not all adjusted to manual, or jets in carbs mixed up (some earlier motors had different jets depending on carb position, to balance air/ fuel flow) between carbs.
If electrical, most often gear counting coil not mounted correctly to flywheel, or not within specs/ manual.
