Hello
I have twin 2018 Suzuki DF250AP. The problem is the starboard motor has been extremely unreliable. I have taken it to the Suzuki dealer several times. Each time I get it back it runs great for a little while and then goes back to doing the same thing. Here is what has already been done.
Primer bulbs replaced
Fuel lines to the fuel water separator to the engine
High pressure fuel pump replaced
Injectors cleaned
VST cleaned out
When I am running the boat will be running great and then suddenly engine shuts down and I hear 3 long beeps. The engine will then turn over and not start. I have to limp home on one engine. Sometimes it will start back up and other times it just cranks and cranks. One time I pumped the primer bulb and it started but most times it doesn't start. A couple of times when I went out to the boat the next day it would start. This has become extremely frustrating. Any help or ideas as what to do next is appreciated. As a note I had this same issue once with the port motor and the dealer replaced the high pressure fuel pump on that motor and it has been fine since. However that was only a couple of weeks ago.
