1999 DF70 won't start when hot

After cruising WOT for 10-30min, the motor won't restart. It turns over great just won't start for 5-10 min. After it cools down I'm guess. The complete motor has been replaced, not rebuilt. (insurance) and has about 10 hours on it. Didn't do this before engine replacement.

No warning lights on the Multi Tack and no buzzers.

I can hear the fuel pump startup
