Starter stuck spinning even turning off key

My starter stayed powered even when I turned the key off.. Now no power to the starter all all.. Sylenoid stuck or burnt maybe? 03 DT225

Could be solenoid, but could be switch itself. Be prepared to switch battery off, or disconnect one side of battery if you replace solenoid with out checking switch, to see if sticking on start.
