Tps setting ?
DT 225 2003 sneezing loading up with fuel stalling... Only at idle ..starts right back up runs great.. Only at idle it does this... Lately its worse flooding out on the restart and not starting for 40 min firing off one at a time. Think it's the tps setting but not sure on the set number at idle?

It sounds like a fuel problem. But only at idle, could be a dirty TVS, sticking, not moving smoothly, maybe not closing down completely at idle.
The TVS is calibrated by voltage. You need the Suzuki manual, and the jumper wire used to read the voltages between the ECU and the TVS at the throttle body.
If you can clean the TVS without changing the setting, give that a try first.

Thanks but if I open it up to clean it I'd might as well check the voltage and clean it..I can do it just hoping someone set their tps on this motor before that knows the number I need..Comment
