choke problem

I have a DF25EQ 2003 motor it has three carb's, when i choke it to start all three carb's move to the choke position....after it starts i push the choke in, and only the bottom carb goes to the run position. I have to remove the cover and move the other two carbs to the run position. I have two small hoses that are hanging and not plugged in,,,i see one nipple that a hose needs to be pulled in down below the carb's...where does the other hose go?...any help?..thanks
