Balancer Chain Tensioner

Hi All,
I was getting ready to do some 600 hr maintenance on DF 150 (2007) and it states that the balancer chain should be replaced along with chain guide and tensioner, however the parts website only lists the tensioner for 2009+. Does anyone know whether or not there is a substitute tensioner that I can purchase? Also is there anything I should know before moving forward?

Ok... I thought that was a little bit of an invasive procedure for only 600 hours. I misread the manual. There is a one that appears before the 600. Just looks like a space before it. False alarm. I will be back here 1000 hours from now.
