I have a 100a that kills the engine every time I put it in gear. Not even my local suzuki dealers have an answer to this problem. I have asked them both.
I really need to get it fixed quick.
I have connected it to my pc and all switches work the way they should
I have taken of the map sensor and the engine revs to 2500 at 0 throttle.
I have taken of the neutral switch and shorted it. The engine does not die any more in gear but of course will not rev above 3000.
I have connected a neutral switch from another boat and have the same problem.
I have put in a spare control box but still have the same problem.
This is of course a major problem. Every time I put it into gear forward or rev the engine stops.
