Hi There
I'm Rodrikes from Holland. Earlier this year I acquired a Johnson/Suzuki 25HP V-twin. (=Suzuki with Johnson stickers). I use it on a 13ft Boston Whaler.
The thing is It starts right away every time, but whenever I open the throttle there's a hard noisy sound coming from the engine. I made a video to give you a idea of the noise. I'm not familiar with this type of engines (i'm used to 2 strokes) but in my opininion this is not right.

Today I met a someone in a boat using the exact same 25 hp suzuki engine. He let me hear his engine and it was much quieter and with a better idling less vibration.
Does anyone have an idea what this is?
