Hi folks,
I am trying to rectify a engine over heat problem that occurs at high speed only and the water flow seems to diminish at high speed on a 2011 dt30.
I did notice last time I had it running there was a steady flow of water coming out of the 3 holes that are on the front of the leg mid section. The holes are located in the mid leg section where the shaft and copper water intake tube go through.
I currently have the power head off to replace the exhaust plate gaskets, and with the power head removed I can see clearly into this leg mid section and I cannot see why and how water could and should be flowing into it. The 3 holes I presume to be drain holes only.
Should there be a steady flow of water out of these 3 holes when idling?
Thankyou
