Suzuki dt55 chirping noise.

Hi, Hope someone can help me. I have a Suzuki dt 55 Outboard. When I start it up it makes a chirping sound also does it when trolling. Please Help. I know nothing about outboards

Very hard to tell from a distance. Where does it come from? Can be as simple as a prop that runs to something. Can you place a little movie with sound?

Any chance you could give us a little more than that? How old is the motor? Been serviced recently?
Does it make the sound when on muffs, or just in the water?
Does the motor run well? Does the motor shake excessively when you hear the sound?
Can you listen and identify what area of the motor the sound seems to be at? If near the prop(?), have you run over anything (fishing line, etc.) prior to hearing it? If near the top do you see anything around the flywheel that may be rubbing /scrapping?
