The motor rises in temperature up to 75 ° degrees with a 60 degree thermostat. Has completely replaced the impeller and inserted a 50 degree thermostat without improvement. at 5000 rpm the temperature is 60 degrees and at 5800 rpm 75 degrees. the water pressure valve is like new. the control beam is fine. no visible salting in zinc plugs

What are you expecting??
You cant expect the engine to run at the same temp as the thermostat opens….that is not how it works. The thermostat is designed to allow the engine to warm up quickly into its desired operating temp. It sets a FLOOR, not a ceiling, on engine temps.
Have you had any temp alarms in the circumstances you described?
FYI, the temps you report are very, very close to what I see from my DF115. Degrees C of course.
If the engine was supplied with the 60deg C thermostat, thats what the manufacturer has decided is appropriate for your area’s conditions, so you should put back the same one into it.

Hello. the engine has kept stable 60 degrees at 5000 rpm since it was new. I ordered a new 60 degree thermostat and got 50 degrees in the mail. They say that the 60 degree thermostats have been replaced with 50 degrees. At full speed the temperature rises close below the alarm so I took it down to 5000 rpm. The engine gets warmer with the 50 thermostat. Salt water crystallizes at 65 degrees and will therefore not have a higher temp

1. What are the ocean/lake water temps in areas you are boating?
2. There are 2 temp sensors that I am aware of in these engines, and the temp displayed depends on which one the data is coming from. What interface/gauge/display combo are you using, and have you made ANY changes to the system recently? Also if one temp sensor has been disconnected or had a wire broken, I think the system will revert to the other.

the sea temperature is around 15 ° have tried to connect the temperature sensors but then there is an alarm.SMIS Multi-Function Gauges. I have not touched any settings. I'm waiting for a new water pressure valve . Seems like the 50 degree thermostat opens earlier so the temperature gets higher. As far as I think, there is too little water pressure
