2007 Suzuki DF150 runs for a few seconds

I have a 23' CC with twin 2007 DF150 motors. The starboard motor will start right up but only run a few seconds, rev and then shut off. The port side motor runs fine. I recently serviced both motors, including new plugs, fuel filters, lower units service, water separators, etc... I decided to take to my local repair shop and they have been checking it out for 2 days and still have no diagnosis. They have confirmed it is not fuel related and believe it to be electrical. They have been swapping parts between the two motors but have yet to determine why the starboard motor won't stay running. The batteries are pretty new and both show over 12.7V on the multimeter.

Any advice at this point would be greatly appreciated.

An experienced Suzuki mechanic using the SDS system to diagnose and test should figure this out pretty quickly and should not just be throwing parts at it.

Likely to be something simple, especially since it started (?) after you recently serviced it.
