I have 2 1998 DF70s the starter doesn't want to throw out and when it does it doesn't want turn over if the plugs are in. Does this sound like a starter or a relay problem?
Are both engines having the same problem? If yes, It sounds like it may be a battery issue. Have them load tested as they might look if as there charged but may not be
