rev limit 3 beep

So I have a DF 140A outboard. I have done an 100 hr service and the following still happens.

Rev Limit light - Beeps three times then pauses then repeat. It wont beep in gear but light still flashes.

Code in book says this could be water in fuel.

Does anyone else have this issue? Any idea on how to make it stop?

Did you also restart the oil service reminder?
