I'm new to the forum and am from Perth in Australia. I have a DT225 that over the years has developed cracks in the lower unit to an extent that my mechanic recommends replacement. These are pretty rare in Australia so I'm falling back on trying to locate a replacement overseas. I bought the motor in 2003 in Houston Tx and brought it back to Australia with me when I returned in 2005. It's had very little use and has been stored most of the time.
Can anyone please point me in the direction of where I can get a replacement Lower Unit for my beloved engine?
