New Suzuki DF60 dies when reving up

Hello folks,

One of my customers is having trouble with his brand new DF60A running about 5 hours now. He is a bit far away from me, but he send me some videos:

As you can see the engine significant drop the rpms when running at higher rpms for a short time, and then after a few seconds it also stops completely. After it stops itself, it is somehow difficult to start again immedietely.

There are no engine faults appearing on the instruments and the engine runs perfect at slow speed.

Does someone have any idea what the problem is?

I would ask to check the condition of the fuel bulb
Is it collapsed?
I would suspect it might be and the cause would be the fuel tank vent not working
The vent could be plugged by spiders or the like or has a one way type valve that has failed
That would be the first thing to check
An observation from the video--- when he turns the key to on position-wait until the warning buzzer stops before kicking in the starter - that is the time the high pressure pump is pressurizing the fuel rail so the fuel injectors can work correctly
He might also check the neutral switch
He should hear the alarm every time he turns the key to 'on' position
Should not have to jiggle the controls to make it work

Above post is something that could help you
As the above article mentions there are 2 neutral switches
One in the remote and one on the engine where the cables from the remote connect -- it should be real obvious
Might review the parts page
If someone else on the forum has a picture or has the service manual for this engine might be able to add a photo for you
