I have heard that I may have a bad fuse on my motor, but I can not find where they might be on the motor, 1987 DT55

You might try to download a service manual for your motor. Or you might try and Google "fuses on suzuki dt55 outboard" , without any other info on your problem that's all I can suggest.

sorry took so long to get back. Long story short, it appears all the pulser coils are bad, took to a shop for that info, they could not find new parts so I brought it home got some used parts on ebay. Manual says to use a jig 09931·89410, to install them, I dont have it, can it be done any other way?
