C10 gauge problems on df200ap

I got a new df200ap with the c10 gauge..Had it about 6 months now..I have 23 hours on motor and gauge has worked great until this weekend I was on the lake and looked down and no engine data was showing on gauge..The gauge just had a bunch of dashes - - - where engine data usally is.....Checked some of the connection and the seemed ok ...I just don't know much about it and don't wanna take it back to dealer for them to keep all summer if it's something easy I can fix...any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check all connections behind the dash, including white plug connection from engine interface to the engine harness. Make sure all the wires are OK at the back of the white plugs (m & f) and that theose are plugged firmly together.

Its likely to be a connection, or the engine interface cable, rather than the gauge itself. Remember, this gauge is really just a display and it needs input from the network to work - no input, no worky!

Checked all connections several times and still the same same outcome..Just dashes on screen...The gauge works in simulation mode though..May have to take it to dealer

If gauge works in sim mode, then it is likely a problem with the engine interface cable.

having the same issue on my df300ap. Mine works for about an hour and then just shows dashes though, let us know if you find anything.

make sure you're using the c10 version that ends with .125 and try a different set of terminators on your n2k. Good luck
